The grounds around the bush houses serve as a vibrant corridor for wildlife, frequently visited by giraffe, zebra, impala, bushbuck, warthogs, and dik-dik. The lush gardens also host an exceptional array of Kenyan birdlife, allowing you to spot magnificent species like the Crested Eagle and Paradise Flycatcher right from your veranda.

Local Flavors & Dining
Just five minutes down the road, you will discover the delightful La Pieve Farm Shop. It is beautifully stocked with everything you could need and more, including freshly harvested estate produce like sweet strawberries and raspberries, alongside fresh cream and butter straight from our dairy.
Right nearby, you can also visit the Ranch House Bistro. This charming boutique restaurant is the perfect spot to grab a takeaway artisan pizza or enjoy an ice-cold drink while watching the resident hippos lounge on the lake shore below.
The Bush Houses
Escape the hustle of Nairobi to a peaceful sanctuary. Nestled beneath towering Yellow Fever Acacia trees and overlooking the Oserengoni Wildlife Sanctuary, our homes offer the perfect blend of wild nature and modern comfort.
Chui House (3 Bedrooms, All en-suite)
The Space: A spacious bush home featuring a large sitting room with a cozy fireplace and dining area
The Layout: A private, fully equipped kitchen with a large pantry, a grassy internal courtyard, and a laundry room with a washing machine.
Bedrooms: Three en-suite rooms. Two can be flexibly configured as either King or twin beds. All beds feature mosquito netting for your comfort.
Kiboko House (3 Bedrooms en-suite)
Located right next door, Kiboko House offers a charming, self-contained three bedroom layout, providing the same serene bush setting and seamless views into the sanctuary.
Traveling with a larger group? Chui House and Kiboko House can be booked individually or together to accommodate larger families and friend groups.
Outdoor Living & Wildlife: The Veranda & Lawns: Relax on Bush Houses main veranda looking out over lush lawns and a busy bird bath that attracts Naivasha’s unique bird species.
